Who we are
Empowered Body is a Performing Arts Center located in Catskill. Welcoming all ages and abilities to join us in dance genres of classical tap, jazz, hip hop, Basic Bronze American Style Ballroom, Acting, and Voice classes. Zumba fitness and Zumbini are also offered. We offer performance coaching as well. We are holistic in nature, catering to the whole person in all areas of professional performance development and wellbeing.
