Cyborg Amok is Coming!

Cyborg Amok resides somewhere between the brilliance of twilight and the apocalyptic darkness. Their gothic infused synth-rock sound delivers the listener to a panorama of synthetic waves, twisted organic tones and a slightly pop crust … the language angels speak in the darkness.

What we bring

Cyborg Amok is coming to your town to present our original music live …

Who we are

Cyborg Amok resides somewhere between the brilliance of twilight and the apocalyptic darkness. Their gothic infused synth-rock sound delivers the listener to a panorama of synthetic waves, twisted organic tones and a slightly pop crust … the language angels speak in the darkness.

Cyborg Amok is Greg Bullock (synths/vocals) and Brydon Bullock (drums/vocals).

Greg Bullock, formerly keyboardist with RealEyes and Shamen, now splitting his time between Cyborg Amok and the Antoine Poncelet Band. Greg has produced, written and recorded a number of projects over the years under the pseudonym, “Umbra”, and most recently under his own name. He has also published several poetry books which included his stark black and white photography. As the principal songwriter and voice of Cyborg Amok Greg continues his journey suspended in dark waves crashing over striking landscapes.

Brydon Bullock emerges as an up and coming drummer on the local music scene. He studies with Joe Bergamini and in the past has studied with Buzz Saylor and Bernard Purdie. He attends a performing arts academy as a double major (percussion and vocals). He has performed with Rockit Live in NYC and on the Jersey Shore. His work encompasses rock, jazz and pop genres’. Brydon adds a contemporary element to the Cyborg Amok landscape with solid grooves and strong backing vocals.

Cyborg Amok released their debut EP ‘The Order of DisOrder’ in June 2020. New music blog Right Chord Music described the release as “Gloriously brooding and timeless in its introspection.”

‘The Order of DisOrder’, featuring guitarist Dan Simoes and bassist Adan Vaccarelli in the studio, combines contemporary production with a respectful nod to artists like Peter Murphy, Sisters Of Mercy and Clan Of Xymox.

Their second EP, “Cyborg Amok – Too”, with JD McGibney on guitars and Adam Vaccarelli once again on bass was released November 26, 2020.

In 2021 look for Cyborg Amok to present their music, living and breathing.
