Who I am
Arthur Morgan is a French author and podcaster. He is the creator of the most important steampunk community in France and appeared in a lot of publications such as The Steampunk Bible. Arthur discovered Steampunk in 2001 in a comics shop in London and studied the culture and its impacts on western society since then.
